Louisiana Master Naturalists – Northeast requires a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education annually to maintain active status as a certified member.
Continuing Education after our certification is very important as it deepens our understanding of Louisiana’s natural history, refreshes our knowledge and strengthens our ability to serve as a naturalist. We are life-long learners, driven by curiosity and love of nature. The better educated we are, the more valuable our contributions are likely to be. Attending repeat workshops consolidates and updates our learning and connects us with newer members facilitating mentorship.
Examples of Approved CE
